No. All your daily work — selling, purchasing, stock counts, accounting and printing — runs locally on your device with no connection. You need the internet for one minute to activate or transfer a license, and for cloud backup and e-invoicing if you enable them. A Lifetime license never needs any periodic check; a subscription (monthly or yearly) needs one short check-in every 30 days.

Your data is never deleted, uploaded or held hostage — it all stays on your device. The app falls back to the free plan: product management, barcode labels and Excel export stay open, while selling and accounting features pause until you renew (with grace days after a subscription ends: 7 for yearly, 3 for monthly). Reactivate, and everything comes back exactly as it was.

From inside the app: tap “Start free trial” on the plans screen to try the full system for 7 days — including e-invoicing and the bridge — with no card, once per device. You can also ask an authorized reseller for a trial code. A trial offered with a Google Play subscription (if you see one) turns into a paid subscription automatically unless you cancel before it ends.

No. Your business data never leaves your device. The only thing that reaches our server is licensing data (your activation code and an irreversible hashed device fingerprint). Cloud backups go to your own Google Drive account, encrypted with your password.

One active device per license. Move it yourself in under a minute with a QR code between the two devices — the base license and all add-ons move together. If your phone is lost, release the license remotely via your linked Google account (once every 90 days).

The Lifetime license and the add-ons (Bridge, E-invoicing, Multi-company) are sold as prepaid activation cards in the RQM-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX format from an authorized reseller, entered in the activation screen. Monthly and yearly subscriptions are bought in the app via Google Play, or with an activation card.

Yes, via the E-invoicing add-on: enter your establishment's credentials from the Income and Sales Tax Department once, then submit invoices to JoFotara reliably, with the official QR code printed on the invoice.

Each company gets a fully separate database on the same device — separate books, numbering and users — and you switch between them from one screen. The Multi-company add-on unlocks creating new companies; switching between your existing companies is never locked.

Use of every base module on one active device with no expiry date and no periodic check, the updates we publish for the covered features, backup to your own Google Drive, and help with activation, license transfer and receiving defect reports. It does not include add-ons, any service with a subscription or a recurring running cost, new products released separately, dedicated or priority support, or training, setup and data migration — those are paid services. “Lifetime” means the license never expires, not that support and services are unlimited. Details in section 5 of the Terms of Service.

Cancel from Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions) or from “Manage subscription” in the app; your features stay until the end of the paid period, and uninstalling the app does not cancel it. Refunds for Google Play purchases follow Google Play's policy; a redeemed card is refundable only for a material defect we could not fix, or where the law requires — so try the app free on your own device and printers before buying.
