1. ما الذي نحتفظ به عنك أصلاً؟
«رقمي» تطبيق يعمل بدون إنترنت؛ المنتجات والفواتير والعملاء والحسابات محفوظة على جهازك فقط ولا نستطيع الاطلاع عليها. على خادم الترخيص الخاص بنا قد يوجد:
- سجل الترخيص: رمز التفعيل أو مُعرّف شراء Google Play، وبصمة جهاز مُجزَّأة لا يمكن عكسها، وحالة الترخيص وتواريخه.
- ربط حساب Google (اختياري): مُعرّف حسابك وبريدك الإلكتروني، إن اخترت ربط الترخيص بحسابك لاستعادته عند فقدان الجهاز.
- بيانات التواصل للدعم (اختيارية): اسم المنشأة أو صاحبها ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني، إن أدخلتها في شاشة الترخيص.

2. الحذف من داخل التطبيق (فوري، بلا طلب)
- إلغاء ربط حساب Google: اضغط زر الحساب (الصورة الرمزية) أعلى الشاشة ← «ربط حساب Google» ← «إلغاء الربط». يُحذف مُعرّف حسابك وبريدك من سجل الترخيص فوراً، ويبقى الترخيص نفسه سارياً على جهازك.
- حذف بيانات التواصل للدعم: الإعدادات ← «الترخيص» ← بطاقة «بيانات التواصل للدعم» ← «حذف بيانات التواصل». تُمحى من جهازك ومن خادمنا في اللحظة نفسها.
- حذف بيانات عملك المحلية: الإعدادات ← «إعادة ضبط البيانات» لمسح البيانات مع الاحتفاظ بالتطبيق، أو احذف بيانات التطبيق / ألغِ تثبيته من إعدادات أندرويد.
- حذف نسخ Google Drive الاحتياطية: من إعدادات Google Drive ← إدارة التطبيقات ← «حذف بيانات التطبيق المخفية»، أو بإلغاء وصول التطبيق من حسابك.
3. طلب حذف سجل الترخيص كاملاً
إذا أردت حذف كل ما يخصك من خادم الترخيص — بما فيه سجل الترخيص نفسه — أرسل بريداً إلى support@raqame.net بعنوان «حذف حسابي — رقمي»، وأرفق ما يتيح لنا التعرّف على ترخيصك: رمز التفعيل، أو رقم طلب Google Play، أو رقم الهاتف أو البريد المسجّل في بيانات التواصل. إن كان حسابك مربوطاً بـGoogle فأرسل الطلب من البريد المربوط نفسه.
- نؤكد استلام الطلب خلال 3 أيام عمل، وننفّذ الحذف خلال 30 يوماً على الأكثر.
- تنبيه: حذف سجل الترخيص يُبطل الترخيص على جهازك ولا يمكن استرجاعه؛ رمز التفعيل المستهلك لا يعود صالحاً.
4. ما يُحذف وما يُحتفظ به

The summary
- The Raqame app (package id
com.ak.raqame) does not create an account with us; your business data stays on your device. What our license server may hold is your license record, a Google account link if you chose one, and support contact details if you entered them. - The link and the contact details you delete yourself, in the app, immediately. Deleting the whole license record is a request to support@raqame.net, completed within 30 days.
1. What do we hold about you at all?
Raqame is an offline-first app; products, invoices, customers and accounts are stored on your device only and we cannot access them. Our license server may hold:
- Your license record: the activation code or Google Play purchase identifier, an irreversible hashed device fingerprint, and the license status and dates.
- A Google account link (optional): your account id and email, if you chose to link the license to your account for recovery on a lost device.
- Support contact details (optional): a business or owner name, a phone number and an email, if you entered them on the license screen.

2. Deleting from inside the app (immediate, no request needed)
- Unlink your Google account: tap the account button (your avatar) at the top of the screen → "Link Google account" → "Unlink". Your account id and email are removed from the license record immediately; the license itself stays valid on your device.
- Delete your support contact details: Settings → "License" → the "Support contact details" card → "Delete my contact details". They are erased from your device and from our server at the same moment.
- Delete your local business data: Settings → "Reset data" to wipe the data while keeping the app, or clear the app's data / uninstall it from Android settings.
- Delete your Google Drive backups: from Google Drive settings → Manage apps → "Delete hidden app data", or by revoking the app's access to your account.
3. Requesting deletion of the whole license record
To have everything about you removed from the license server — including the license record itself — email support@raqame.net with the subject "Delete my account — Raqame" and include something that lets us identify your license: the activation code, the Google Play order number, or the phone number or email registered in your contact details. If your license is linked to Google, send the request from that same Google email.
- We acknowledge the request within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days at most.
- Note: deleting the license record invalidates the license on your device and cannot be undone; a consumed activation code does not become valid again.
4. What is deleted and what is kept
